通过研究渗透性缓泻剂在预防腹部手术后肠梗阻发生中的作用，为术后肠梗阻的发生提供可靠的预防措施。  

Objectives of Study：

By studying the role of osmotic laxative in preventing intestinal obstruction after abdominal surgery, this paper will provide reliable preventive measures for postoperative intestinal obstruction.

纳入标准：

1.年龄0-18岁；
2.既往有明确腹部手术史。

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged 0-18 years;
2.Previous definite history of abdominal surgery.

排除标准：

1.合并其他疾病者；
2.有择期再次手术计划者；
3.已有肠梗阻发生者;
4.术后有并发症发生的患儿。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with other diseases;
2. Have a plan for elective reoperation;
3. Intestinal obstruction has occurred;
4. Children with postoperative complications.
