研究目的：

主要目的： 1.基于临床真实数据评价加速康复外科（enhanced recovery after surgery，ERAS）围术期管理策略在肝叶切除患者围术期管理的依从性现状； 2.对比分析不同加速康复外科策略依从性患者术后并发症的差异和关系； 3.对比分析不同加速康复外科策略依从性患者术后住院时间的差异和关系。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: 1. To evaluate the compliance status of enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) perioperative management strategies in patients with hepatic lobectomy based on real clinical data; 2. To compare and analyze the differences and relationships of postoperative complications in patients with different enhanced recovery surgery strategies compliance; 3. To compare and analyze the difference and relationship of postoperative hospital stay in patients with different enhanced recovery surgery strategies compliance.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄≥18年；组织学诊断为肝癌；行肝切除术；无肝肾衰竭；腹部CT检查未见明显远处转移

Inclusion criteria

Age ≥ 18 years; Histologically diagnosed as liver cancer; Hepatectomy; No liver and kidney failure; Abdominal CT examination showed no obvious distant metastasis

排除标准：

腹部手术史；术前放疗或化疗；术中发现远处转移；手术中切除其他器官；手术后直接留在重症监护室。

Exclusion criteria：

History of abdominal surgery; preoperative treatment with radiotherapy or chemotherapy; distant metastasis found intraoperatively; resection of other organs during the operation; and stay in the intensive care unit directly after surgery.
