研究目的：

探究静脉输注利多卡因对老年患者无痛胃镜检查术中丙泊酚用量及围术期并发症等方面的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of intravenous lidocaine on propofol consumption and perioperative complications in elderly patients undergoing painless gastroscopy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥65岁；
2.接受无痛胃镜检查患者；
3.ASA I-II级。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged >=65 years;
2. Patients undergoing painless gastroscopy;
3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I or II.

排除标准：

1.严重心、肺、肝、肾功能不全者；
2.慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者、近期发作过的哮喘患者；
3.孕妇及哺乳期患者；
4.出凝血功能异常情况者；
5.对本研究所使用药物过敏者；
6.血压过高或过低：低血压者(收缩压≤90 mmHg)，高血压患者(收缩压≥160 mmHg或舒张压≥100 mmHg)；
7.心动过缓者(心率≤50次/分)；
8.拒绝参加本实验者；
9.低氧血症患者(SpO2 <90%)；
10.房室传导阻滞患者；
11.精神心理疾病患者；
12. 饱胃患者，上消化道出血、肠梗阻、食管裂孔疝、反流性食管炎、食管胃底静脉曲张视作饱胃；
13.急诊检查；
14.急性上呼吸道感染者；
15.心律失常患者；
16.癫痫患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe dysfunction of the heart, lung, liver, and kidney;
2. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or recent attacks of asthma;
3. Pregnancy or lactation;
4. Coagulation abnormalities;
5. Allergy to the drugs used in this study;
6. Hypotension (systolic blood pressure<=90 mm Hg) or hypertension (systolic blood pressure>=160 mmHg, diastolic blood pressure>=100 mm Hg);
7. Bradycardia (heart rate<=50 beats/min);
8. Inability to give informed consent;
9. Hypoxemia (SpO2 <90%);
10. Atrioventricular block;
11. Psychiatric diseases;
12. Full stomach, upper gastrointestinal bleeding, intestinal obstruction, hiatal hernia, reflux esophagitis, esophagus and gastric varices;
13. Emergency gastroscopy;
14. Acute upper respiratory tract infection;
15. Cardiac arrhythmia;
16. Epilepsy.
