研究目的：

观察叙事医学干预前后寻常型银屑病患者的症状变化，SIS与PASI评分改变，评价叙事医学疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

The changes of symptoms SIS and Pasi scores in patients with psoriasis vulgaris before and after narrative medicine intervention were observed to evaluate the effect of narrative medicine.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合寻常型银屑病的中西医诊断标准，并符合中医辨证各型者；
2.年龄在18岁-60岁；
3.病情程度为中-重症，皮损面积≥体表面积10%；
4.SIS量表≥48分；
5.自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for psoriasis vulgaris, and those who meet the various types of TCM syndrome differentiation; 
2. Age between 18 and 60 years old; 
3. The severity of the disease is moderate to severe, and the area of skin lesions is >= 10% of the body surface area;
4. SIS scale >= 48 points;
5. Those who voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.关节型、脓疱型、红皮病型银屑病；
2.妊娠、哺乳期患者；
3.合并有严重心、肝、肺、肾等内脏疾病患者及精神病患者；
4.正在参加其他临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Joint, pustular, and erythrodermic psoriasis; 
2. Pregnancy and lactation patients;
3. Patients with severe heart, liver, lung, kidney and other internal diseases and mental patients;
4. Those who are participating in other clinical trials.
