研究目的:

利用基因组学技术,探讨痰瘀互结证与非痰瘀互结证冠心病患者 PCSK9 基因 E670G 位点多态性差异;并尝试将 PCSK9 基因与颈动脉超声联合对高脂血症患者冠心病 风险进行预测,评估其预测价值。为冠心病高风险人群的识别提供更多依据;为 PCSK9 拮抗剂的心血管应用提供更多临床证据;为冠心病的综合防治及个体化诊疗提供依据; 同时也为中医药干预冠心病提供新的研究靶点  

Objectives of Study:

Using genomics technology, explore the difference of PCSK9 gene E670G polymorphism in patients with coronary heart disease with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome and non-phlegm and blood stasis syndrome; and try to combine PCSK9 gene and carotid artery ultrasound on the risk of coronary heart disease in patients with hyperlipidemia Make predictions and evaluate their predictive value. Provide more evidence for the identification of high-risk populations of coronary heart disease; provide more clinical evidence for the cardiovascular application of PCSK9 antagonists; provide basis for the comprehensive prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease and individualized diagnosis and treatment; at the same time provide new information for the intervention of Chinese medicine in coronary heart disease Research target

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

①符合《中国成人血脂异常防治指南(2016修订版)》中对于高脂血症诊断;
②冠心病病史明确,能有冠脉造影或冠脉CT明确或除外冠心病;
③年龄在18-75周岁,民族为汉族;
④久居地为北京市;
⑤自愿参加试验,签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

① Comply with the "Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Dyslipidemia in Adults in China (2016 Revised Edition)" for the diagnosis of hyperlipidemia;
②A clear history of coronary heart disease, can be confirmed by coronary angiography or coronary CT, or coronary heart disease can be excluded;
③Age 18-75 years old, ethnicity is Han nationality;
④Beijing is the permanent residence;
⑤ Those who voluntarily participate in the experiment and sign the informed consent.

排除标准:

①明确诊断为继发性高脂血症者;
②有恶性肿瘤,血液系统疾病或者有免疫功能缺陷者;
③肝功能不全者(谷丙转氨酶,谷草转氨酶升高正常值2倍以上);
④肾功能不全者(血清肌酐升高正常值1.5倍以上);
⑤合并能够引起体内激素变化的疾病,如垂体瘤,甲状腺功能障碍,肾上腺素瘤,库欣综合征等;
⑥因现患疾病需要长期使用激素治疗者;

Exclusion criteria:

①Patients who are clearly diagnosed as secondary hyperlipidemia;
②Patients with malignant tumors, blood system diseases or immune deficiency;
③Patients with hepatic insufficiency (alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase increase more than 2 times the normal value);
④Patients with renal insufficiency (serum creatinine rises more than 1.5 times the normal value);
⑤Combined diseases that can cause hormonal changes in the body, such as pituitary tumors, thyroid dysfunction, adrenal tumors, Cushings syndrome, etc.;
⑥ Those who need long-term hormone therapy due to existing diseases;
