探讨床边早期肺康复对急性慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期（AECOPD）患者的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of bedside early pulmonary rehabilitation on the patients with acute chronic obstructive pulmonary disease exacerbations (AECOPD). To investigate the effect of bedside early pulmonary rehabilitation on the patients with acute chronic obstructive pulmonary disease exacerbations (AECOPD).

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄在18岁以上且根据GOLD诊断为AECOPD的患者也参与了本研究，这些患者意识清晰，能够正常沟通

Inclusion criteria

Patients aged above 18 years old and with AECOPD (Patients with acute exacerbation of respiratory symptoms ) diagnosed according to GOLD who also had a clear consciousness and can communicate normally were involved in the study

排除标准：

排除标准为患有其他慢性呼吸道疾病（如哮喘、肺癌间质性疾病、肺病（ILD）、活动期肺结核、支气管扩张症和其他非慢性阻塞性肺病）、危重患者和被转移到重症监护病房（ICU）的患者，患者因其他疾病需要转入手术治疗，住院期间需要插管的患者也被排除在外。因其他疾病（如免疫性风湿性疾病）接受皮质类固醇治疗的患者也被排除在外

Exclusion criteria：

The exclusion criterias were patients with other chronic respiratory diseases (such as asthma, lung cancer interstitial ,lung disease(ILD),tuberculosis in activity stage , bronchiectasis, and other non-chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases),patients in critically ill and were transfered to intensive care unit (ICU),patients needed to be transferred to surgery for their other conditions and patients requiring intubation during hospitalization.those who accepting the corticosteroid for other diseases such as immune rheumatic diseases were also excluded
