研究目的：

本项目通过引进泌尿系统ALLIUM记忆合金覆膜金属支架，将介入技术引入到泌尿微创领域，针对目前尚无法治疗的尤其是多次手术后无效的复杂输尿管和尿道狭窄进行攻关，治疗复杂输尿管狭窄的患者，使患者获益。  

Objectives of Study：

This project introduces interventional technology into the field of minimally invasive urinary system by introducing ALLIUM memory alloy coated metal stents in the urinary system. It aims at the treatment of complex ureteral strictures that are currently incurable, especially the ineffective complex ureter and urethral stricture after multiple operations.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.术前影像和功能检测证据证实为合并明显梗阻输尿管短段中上段狭窄（<2-3cm）；
2.年龄>14周岁；
3.SPECT肾核素显像提示患肾GFR（肾小球滤过率）测量值>15mL/min。

Inclusion criteria

1. Evidence of preoperative imaging and functional testing confirmed that the ureteral stenosis in the middle and upper segment of the short segment with obvious obstruction (<2-3cm);
2. Age > 14 years old;
3. SPECT nephron scintigraphy indicates that the measured value of GFR (glomerular filtration rate) in the affected kidney is >15mL/min.

排除标准：

1.患肾无功能符合肾切除指证；
2.肾功能不全需透析患者；
3.严重合并症或一般情况无法耐受全麻手术患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient's kidney has no function and is in line with the indication of nephrectomy;
2. Patients with renal insufficiency requiring dialysis;
3. Patients with severe comorbidities or general anesthesia surgery cannot be tolerated.
