研究目的：

1.主要研究目的：构建多基因检测模型筛选出使用HRT后乳腺癌高危的围绝经期妇女； 2.次要研究目的：检测中国女性与性激素相关的乳腺癌高危风险基因。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main research purpose: To construct a multi-gene detection model to screen out perimenopausal women with high breast cancer risk after HRT; 2. Secondary research objectives: To detect the high-risk genes of breast cancer related to sex hormones in Chinese women.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.乳腺癌组：
（1）根据《中国绝经管理与绝经激素治疗指南（2018）》进行HRT治疗的女性；
（2）HRT治疗3年以上；
（3）经病理确诊的浸润性乳腺癌；
（4）每年有随访信息（BMI、血压、血脂、凝血功能等）；
（5）有乳腺检查临床资料（乳腺彩超、钼靶或乳腺MRI之一）；
（6）签署知情同意书。
2.对照组：
（1）根据《中国绝经管理与绝经激素治疗指南（2018）》进行HRT治疗的女性；
（2）HRT治疗3年以上；
（3）临床排除乳腺癌；
（4）每年有随访信息（BMI、血压、血脂、凝血功能等）；
（5）有乳腺检查临床资料（乳腺彩超、钼靶或乳腺MRI之一）；
（6）签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Breast cancer group:
(1) Women undergoing HRT treatment according to the "Guidelines for Menopause Management and Menopause Hormone Therapy in China (2018)";
(2) HRT treatment for more than 3 years;
(3) Pathologically diagnosed invasive breast cancer;
(4) Annual follow-up information (BMI, blood pressure, blood lipids, coagulation function, etc.);
(5) Have breast examination clinical data (one of breast color Doppler ultrasound, mammography or breast MRI);
(6) Sign the informed consent.
2. Control group:
(1) Women undergoing HRT treatment according to the "Guidelines for Menopause Management and Menopause Hormone Therapy in China (2018)";
(2) HRT treatment for more than 3 years;
(3) Clinical exclusion of breast cancer;
(4) Annual follow-up information (BMI, blood pressure, blood lipids, coagulation function, etc.);
(5) Have breast examination clinical data (one of breast color Doppler ultrasound, mammography or breast MRI);
(6) Sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.使用HRT前及3年内确诊乳腺癌患者；
2.无法获取血样者；
3.存在严重或不稳定状态的躯体疾病，包括肝、肾、胃肠道、心血管、呼吸、内分泌、神经、免疫或血液系统疾病等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients diagnosed with breast cancer before using HRT and within 3 years;
2. Those who cannot obtain blood samples;
3. Physical diseases with severe or unstable state, including liver, kidney, gastrointestinal, cardiovascular, respiratory, endocrine, neurological, immune or blood system diseases, etc.
