研究目的：

主要目的：开发一种基于深度学习方法的无创测量方法来预测II期鼻咽癌远处转移，并在独立队列中外部验证其预测能力。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: to develop a noninvasive measurement based on deep learning methods to predict distant metastasis of stage II nasopharyngeal carcinoma and externally validate the predictive ability in an independent cohort.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.经组织病理学确诊的鼻咽癌患者；
2.经第八版 AJCC/UICC 鼻咽癌分期诊断为 II 期的鼻咽癌患者；
3.诊断时年龄 18～70 岁；
4.身体功能状态 KPS 评分≥70 分；
5.完成完整的抗肿瘤治疗，包括放疗/化疗；
6.放疗采用调强放疗技术；
7.所有患者均有治疗前鼻咽+颈部 MRI 图像，包括 T1、T2、T1+C 序列；
8.既往无其它肿瘤性疾病。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma diagnosed by histopathology;
2. Patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma diagnosed as stage II by the eighth edition of AJCC/UICC nasopharyngeal carcinoma staging;
3. Aged 18 to 70 years at the time of diagnosis;
4. Physical function status KPS score >= 70 points;
5. Complete complete anti-tumor treatment, including radiotherapy/chemotherapy;
6. Radiotherapy adopts intensity modulated radiotherapy technology;
7. All patients have MRI images of nasopharynx + neck before treatment, including T1, T2, T1 + C sequences;
8. No other tumor diseases in the past.

排除标准：

治疗前 MRI 图像伪影大。

Exclusion criteria：

MRI image artifacts before treatment were large.
