研究目的：

评估药物涂层球囊治疗肝静脉狭窄和阻塞型布加氏综合症的安全性及有效性  

Objectives of Study：

Objective to evaluate the safety and efficacy of drug coated balloon in the treatment of hepatic vein stenosis and obstructive Budd Chiari syndrome

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄：≥14岁、≤60岁；
（2）临床、实验室及影像学资料完整，明确诊断3支主肝静脉均存在狭窄或闭塞，但至少1支肝静脉为短段狭窄或闭塞（即狭窄或闭塞段小于4cm）。
（3）ECOG-PS评分0-1分；
（4）不存在血管造影的其他禁忌证（如对比剂过敏，未能控制的感染，不能纠正的凝血功能障碍等）；
（5）受试者自愿加入本研究，签署知情同意书，能够配合随访、完成研究项目。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age: ≥ 14 years old, ≤ 60 years old;

(2) The clinical, laboratory and imaging data were complete. Three main hepatic veins were definitely diagnosed as stenosis or occlusion, but at least one hepatic vein was short segment stenosis or occlusion (i.e. the stenosis or occlusion segment was less than 4cm).

(3) ECOG-ps score was 0-1;

(4) There were no other contraindications of angiography (such as contrast agent allergy, uncontrolled infection, uncorrectable coagulation dysfunction, etc.);

(5) The subjects volunteered to participate in the study, signed informed consent, and were able to cooperate with the follow-up and complete the research project.

排除标准：

（1）ECOG-PS 评分≥2 分；
（2）严重肝功能异常（ALT/AST≥4ULN、DBIL≥3ULN）
（3）肝静脉广泛弥漫狭窄或闭塞者；
（4）感染病活动期；
（5）有严重心、肺、肾、脑等基础疾病，不能耐受介入治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) ECOG-ps score ≥ 2;

(2) Severe liver dysfunction (ALT / AST ≥ 4uln, DBIL ≥ 3uln)

(3) Extensive hepatic vein stenosis or occlusion;

(4) Active stage of infectious disease;

(5) Patients with severe heart, lung, kidney, brain and other basic diseases can not tolerate interventional therapy.
