研究目的：

评价三位一体综合治疗方案改善小儿常压型脑积水精神运动功能和智力水平的疗效和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the Sanweiyiti integrated treatment in improving pediatric hydrocephalus in normal pressure and intelligence.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①同意参加本临床试验并签署书面知情同意书；
②年龄1～14岁，性别不限；
③符合西医小儿常压型脑积水诊断标准,并具有精神运动障碍或智力下降,学习能力差。

Inclusion criteria

①The patients agree to participate in the clinical trial and sign a written consent document.②The patients should be between 1 to 14 years old, without sex limitation.③The symptoms of the patients' should be in line with the western medicine pediatric hydrocephalus diagnosis standard, with symptoms of psychomotor retardation, mental decline, or poor learning ability.

排除标准：

①对本试验药物已知成分过敏或过敏体质患者。
②合并心血管、肝肾和造血系统等严重原发性疾病，精神病患者。
③病情危重，难以对方案的有效性和安全性做出确切评价者。
④无精神运动功能异常或智力水平低下的患者

Exclusion criteria：

①Patients who are allergic to the known components of the drug or allergic people.
②Patients who have diseases, such as cardiovascular, liver and kidney and hematopoietic system and other severe primary disease, or psychiatric patients.
③Patients who have severe diseases and cannot evaluate the effectiveness and safety of the treatment.
④Patients who without psychomotor dysfunction or intellectual underserved
