研究目的：

通过IL-17及其下游信号分子抑制剂体外干预培养不同炎症状态的iDPSC，并检测其增殖、分化等能力的改变，IL-17及其相关信号通路分子的表达，多项分化基因的表达，以探索IL-17对炎症牙髓干细胞的生物学行为是否具有调节作用及如何发挥调节作用。  

Objectives of Study：

Il-17 and its downstream signal molecule inhibitors were used to intervene in vitro to culture iDPSC with different inflammatory states, and to detect the changes in proliferation, differentiation and other abilities, the expression of IL-17 and its related signal pathway molecules, and the expression of multiple differentiated genes. To explore whether and how IL-17 can regulate the biological behavior of inflammatory dental pulp stem cells.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

临床16-25岁志愿者（经本人和家属知情同意）
1.因阻生而拔除的健康，完整无龋损的第三磨牙
2.深龋所致可复性牙髓炎（结合临床病史，电活力测试和冷刺击疼痛等做出诊断）的第三磨牙
3.深龋所致不可复性牙髓炎（结合临床病史，电活力测试和冷刺击疼痛等做出诊断）的第三磨牙

Inclusion criteria

Clinical volunteers aged 16-25 (with informed consent of the applicant and his/her family)

1. Healthy, intact, caries-free third molars removed due to resistance

2. Third molars due to reversible pulpitis due to deep caries (diagnosed with clinical history, electrokinetic tests, and cold puncture pain)

3. Third molars due to irreversible pulpitis due to deep caries (diagnosed with clinical history, electrokinetic tests, and cold puncture pain)

排除标准：

排除牙周牙髓联合病变，牙髓变性和牙髓坏死的第三磨牙。

Exclusion criteria：

The third molars with periodontal pulp disease, pulp degeneration and pulp necrosis were excluded.
