研究目的：

这项I期研究的目的是探讨EGCG溶液治疗食管癌引起的梗阻的安全性、推荐剂量和初步疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this phase I study was to explore the safety, recommended dose and preliminary efficacy of EGCG solution in the treatment of esophageal obstruction

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG) 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG) 

纳入标准：

1.确诊食管临床细胞癌
2.≥18岁
3.东方肿瘤合作组状态评分（ECOG PS）0-1
4.既往无抗肿瘤治疗
5.无食管出血或瘘管
6.血细胞计数、肝肾功能正常
7.根据CTCAE 5.0分类为2级或3级食管梗阻

Inclusion criteria

1.confirmed pathological esophageal squamous cell carcinoma
2.≥18 years old
3.the Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group Performance Status (ECOG PS) 0-1
4.no previous anti-tumor treatment
5.no esophageal bleeding or fistula
6.adequate hemocyte count, normal hepatic and renal functions
7.Esophageal obstruction classified as grade 2 or grade 3 according to CTCAE 5.0

排除标准：

哺乳期或孕妇。
已知对任何一种绿茶提取物过敏或过敏。
放置小肠喂养管或内镜下支架治疗

Exclusion criteria：

1.lactating or pregnant women
2.known hypersensitivity or allergy to any kind green tea extract
3.placement of small intestinal feeding tube or endoscopic stent treatment
