研究目的：

探讨在麻醉医生行颈内静脉穿刺置管过程中使用超声引导方法与传统定位方法相比，是否能够降低医生无菌手套被细菌污染的发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate whether the incidence of bacterial contamination in sterile gloves of anesthesiologists during internal jugular vein catheterization can be reduced by ultrasound guidance compared with traditional localization methods.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

入选标准：拟行择期全麻手术且需要行中心静脉穿刺置管患者80例；年龄≥18岁；ASA I-III级*。
*ASA分级标准： I级正常健康；II级有轻度系统性疾病；III级有严重系统性疾病，日常活动受限，尚未丧失工作能力；IV级有严重系统性疾病，已丧失工作能力，且经常面临生命威胁；V级无论手术与否，生命难以维持24小时的濒死患者。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 80 patients who planned to undergo elective general anesthesia and needed central venous puncture and catheterization; Age ≥18 years; ASA Class I-III *.
*ASA grading criteria: Grade I normal health; Grade II with mild systemic disease; Level III severe systemic disease, limited daily activities and not yet incapacitated for work; Level IV: severe systemic illness, incapacity for work and frequent life threatening; Class V Dying patients who cannot survive for 24 hours with or without surgery.

排除标准：

排除标准：有颈内静脉置管禁忌者（如局部感染、瘢痕、颈椎活动受限等）；患者拒绝参加研究。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: patients with concondations of internal jugular vein catheterization (such as local infection, scar, limited cervical movement, etc.); The patients refused to participate in the study.
