研究目的：

研究使用腹腔热灌注（hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy，HIPEC）辅助治疗宫颈癌和未使用腹腔热灌注辅助治疗宫颈癌的疗效比较。  

Objectives of Study：

Comparison of the efficacy of hyperthermic Intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) in the adjuvant treatment of cervical cancer with or without hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

2018FIGO分期确诊为IB1及以上宫颈癌患者。

Inclusion criteria

Patients stage diagnosed with cervical cancer at IB1 or above according to the 2018FIGO.

排除标准：

1.年龄>75岁；
2.各种原因所致腹腔内广泛粘连；
3.明显肝肾功能不全；
4.合并骨髓抑制，外周血白细胞、血小板低下；
5.严重心血管系统病变；
6.感染性疾病，尤其是严重腹腔感染；
7.出血倾向或者凝血功能障碍；
8.生命体征不稳定；
9.恶病质。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Age > 75 yeas old;
2.Wide adhesions in abdominal cavity caused by various reasons;
3.Obvious liver and kidney insufficiency;
4.Combined with bone marrow suppression, peripheral blood leukocyte, platelet hypoplasia;
5.Serious cardiovascular system lesions;
6.Infectious diseases, especially severe abdominal infection;
7.Bleeding tendency or coagulation dysfunction;
8.Unstable vital signs;
9.Cachexia.
