研究目的：

寻找急性脑梗死后与侧支循环建立相关的lncRNA，从而为急性脑梗死的治疗提供新靶点  

Objectives of Study：

Finding lncRNA associated with collateral circulation after acute cerebral infarction, providing new targets for the treatment of this disease

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁 2.急性脑梗死（发病时间≤24小时），且头颈部CTA提示合并有中/重度大脑中动脉动脉（可合并颈内动脉）狭窄或闭塞的患者 3.经病人本人或法定授权代表签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged ≥ 18 years;
2. Acute ischemic stroke due to stenosis or occlusion of M1 and/or M2 segments of the middle cerebral artery and/or intracranial carotid artery on CT angiography;
3. Signed informed consent by patient self or legally authorized representatives.

排除标准：

1.怀疑蛛网膜下腔出血、颅内出血和出血性脑梗死 2.严重的系统性疾病，预计存活不到3个月 3.患者入院前6周内有严重感染 4.患者有药物滥用或酗酒史

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suspected subarachnoid hemorrhage, intracranial hemorrhage and hemorrhagic cerebral infarction;
2. Severe systemic disease which is expected to survive less than 3 months;
3. Severe infection whithin 6 weeks before admission;
4. history of drug abuse or alcohol abuse.
