评估不同剂量布托啡诺对全麻诱导期舒芬太尼诱发呛咳反应的抑制效果。  

Objectives of Study：

This study was to evaluate the suppressive effects of different doses of intravenous butorphanol on sufentanil-induced cough during general anesthesia induction.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄18~65岁，ASA分级I~II级，体重45~80kg。

Inclusion criteria

American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I–II patients, aged 18~65 years, and weighed 45~80kg.

排除标准：

排除标准包括吸烟史、哮喘、慢性咳嗽、怀孕、上呼吸道感染的2周内手术、支气管扩张剂或类固醇在前两周持续使用。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria included a history of smoking, asthma, chronic cough, pregnancy, upper airway infection within 2 weeks of surgery, bronchodilators, or steroids in the previous 2 weeks.
