研究目的：

本实验研究的主要目的是婴幼儿腋下小切口心内直视术单肺通气及CPAP的应用是否可以减少术后肺不张的发生，提供更好的手术视野，改善预后。  

Objectives of Study：

The main purpose of this experimental study was to determine whether the application of single-lung ventilation and CPAP in infants and young children under axillary small incision open heart surgery can reduce the occurrence of postoperative atelectasis, provide a better surgical field, and improve the prognosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 6月-5岁择期行腋下小切口心内直视术的患儿；
2. ASA分级2-3级；
3. 监护人同意参加该项研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Children from 6 months to 5 years old who underwent open heart surgery with small axillary incision;
2. ASA classification 2-3;
3. The guardian agrees to participate in the study.

排除标准：

1.既往胸部手术史；
2.术前存在呼吸道疾病，气道异常；
3.近一个月有肺炎史；
4.术前需要吸氧及血管活性药物支持。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of previous thoracic surgery;
2. Preoperative respiratory disease and abnormal airway;
3. History of pneumonia in the past month;
4. Oxygen inhalation and vasoactive drug support are required before surgery.
