研究目的：

比较接受机器人辅助耻骨上经膀胱单孔腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术和传统机器人辅助腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术的局限性前列腺癌患者手术近期及远期疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

Comparison of short-term and long-term efficacy of single-port suprapubic transvesical robotic assisted radical prostatectomy versus traditional robotic assisted radical prostatectomy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.30-90周岁患者；
2.接受机器人辅助耻骨上经膀胱单孔腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术或者机器人辅助腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术的局限性前列腺癌患者；
3.前列腺穿刺病理确诊为前列腺癌，Gleason评分7分及以下；
4.腹盆腔CT，前列腺MRI等影像学检查未发现肿瘤侵犯前列腺外组织，且未发现淋巴结转移或远处转移；
5.愿意接受电话随访；
6.自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients aged 30-90;
2. Patients with localized prostate cancer who received robot-assisted suprapubic transvesical single-port laparoscopic radical prostatectomy or robot-assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy;
3. Prostate biopsy was diagnosed as prostate cancer, with a Gleason score of 7 or below;
4. Abdominal and pelvic CT, prostate MRI and other imaging examinations did not reveal that the tumor invaded the extraprostatic tissue, and no lymph node metastasis or distant metastasis was found;
5. Willing to accept telephone follow-up;
6. Voluntarily sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.合并其余恶性肿瘤未治愈；
2.检查怀疑转移性前列腺癌；
3.接受过新辅助治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with other malignant tumors that have not been cured;
2. Check for suspected metastatic prostate cancer;
3. Received neoadjuvant therapy.
