研究目的：

主要目的： 1.探讨弹力带抗阻运动干预方案的可行性和安全性； 2.分析弹力带抗阻运动对老年肌少症患者肌肉质量、肌肉力量、活动能力以及生活质量的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: 1. To explore the feasibility and safety of the elastic band resistance exercise intervention program; 2. To analyze the effect of elastic band resistance exercise on muscle mass, muscle strength, mobility and quality of life in elderly patients with sarcopenia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄在60~85岁；
2.根据2019年亚洲肌少症工作组的肌少症诊断及治疗共识，被诊断为肌少症；
3.1年内未进行过任何规律的体育锻炼；
4.知情同意，完全自愿参与本次研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 60 to 85 years;
2. According to the 2019 Asian Sarcopenia Working Group's consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of sarcopenia, it was diagnosed as sarcopenia;
3. Have not done any regular physical exercise within 1 year;
4. Informed consent, fully voluntarily participate in this research, and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.合并严重的心、脑、肺、肝、肾疾病及恶性肿瘤，不能耐受运动训练者；
2.存在严重影响肢体活动的神经、肌肉、骨骼或关节疾病者；
3.认知功能、语言沟通功能障碍或伴有神经精神疾病无法配合者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with severe heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney disease and malignant tumor, those who cannot tolerate exercise training;
2. Those who have nerve, muscle, bone or joint diseases that seriously affect the movement of limbs;
3. Those with cognitive function, language and communication dysfunction or those with neuropsychiatric diseases who cannot cooperate.

The information collected includes: general demographic data, body composition indicators, muscle strength indicators, physical capacity indicators and quality of life.
