研究目的：

本研究的目的在于检测乳腺癌患者整合素α6表达水平、评价肿瘤的99mTc-Dar2摄取与肿瘤转移情况之间的相关性，为评价乳腺癌的转移风险提供一定的客观依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to detect the level of expression of the integrin alpha6 in breast cancer patients, evaluate the correlation between 99mTc-Dar2 uptake of tumors and tumor metastasis, and provide some objective basis for evaluating the risk of breast cancer metastasis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

入组标准：临床试验研究受试者必须符合以下所有标准
1.年龄18-70岁，可行手术或活检取得病理诊断；
2.临床拟诊或确诊乳腺癌；
3.活检已证实部分器官发生肿瘤；
4.须由受试者或其法定监护人、照看者书面签署的知情同意书；
5.如有必要，受试者可由护理人员能够伴随受试者；
6.在进行任何评估之前，受试者或其法定代理人理解并签署书面知情同意书；
7.女性受试者须有医疗记录证明其已通过手术绝育（如子宫切除、双侧卵巢切除或输卵管结扎手术）或绝经一年以上；如仍有受孕能力，须在本研究阶段采取隔绝避孕措施；
8.愿意并且有能力配合本研究的所有项目。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinical trial study subjects must meet all of the following criteria
1. The age ranges from 18 to 70 years, and pathological diagnosis can be obtained by surgery or biopsy;
2. Clinical diagnosis or diagnosis of breast cancer;
3. Biopsy has confirmed tumor in some organs;
4. Informed consent must be signed by the subject or his/her legal guardian or caregiver;
5. If necessary, the subject can be accompanied by nursing staff;
6. Prior to any evaluation, the subject or his or her legal representative understands and signs a written informed consent;
7. Female subjects shall have medical records showing that they have been surgically sterilized (such as hysterectomy, bilateral oophorectomy or tubal ligation) or have been menopausal for more than one year;
If fertility is still available, isolation contraception should be used during the study period;
8. Willing and able to cooperate with all projects of this study.

排除标准：

排除标准符合以下任何一项标准的受试者将被排除在研究之外
1.患有胃肠道心血管肾脏血液系统内分泌呼吸系统免疫缺陷或其他严重疾病；
2.在过去一年内因其他临床医疗或科学研究需要接受过本实验范畴以外的电离辐射从而使年辐射暴露剂量超过50 mSv；
3.药物滥用或酗酒史；
4.妊娠期或哺乳期妇女；
5.静脉条件差无法耐受重复静脉穿刺；
6.1个月内接受过（效果或安全性不明确的）试验性药物或器械治疗；
7.可能对99mTc-Dar2注射液组分过敏；
8.具有任何本研究主持者认为本试验相关任何环节可能造成危害或有潜在危害性的状况；

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: Subjects who meet any of the following criteria will be excluded from the study
1. Suffering from gastrointestinal, cardiovascular, renal, hematological, endocrine, respiratory, immune deficiency or other serious diseases;
2. Has been exposed to ionizing radiation outside the scope of this study in the past year due to other clinical medical or scientific needs, resulting in an annual radiation exposure of more than 50 mSv;
3. History of drug or alcohol abuse;
4. Pregnant or breastfeeding women;
5. Poor venous condition, unable to tolerate repeated venipuncture;
6.Treatment with an experimental drug or device (whose efficacy or safety is not clear) within 1 months;
7. May be allergic to 99mTc-Dar2 injection;
8. Any conditions that may cause or potentially cause harm in any link related to the test according to the research leader.
