研究目的：

主要目的：下肢DVT伴发急性肺栓塞患者Wells 评分、修正Geneva评分与CT肺动脉栓塞指数对应关系。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: The correlation between Wells and modified Geneva score and CT pulmonary artery obstruction index in patients with lower limb DVT associated with acute pulmonary embolism.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.下肢静脉超声诊断提示下肢深静脉血栓形成；
2.发病时间小于14天；
3.CTPA诊断提示肺动脉栓塞。

Inclusion criteria

1. Ultrasound diagnosis of lower extremity veins suggests lower extremity deep vein thrombosis;
2. The onset time is less than 14 days;
3. CTPA diagnosis suggests pulmonary embolism.
