研究目的：

主要目的：提高不明原因反复着床失败患者再次胚胎移植临床妊娠率。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To improve the clinical pregnancy rate in patients with unexplained repeated implantation failure.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.不明原因反复着床失败患者；
2.20-40岁。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients who unexplained repeated implantaion failure in our reproductive center;
2.Aged 20 to 40 years.

排除标准：

1.赠卵周期，卵子冷冻复苏后卵胞浆内单精子注射（intracytoplasmic sperm injection, ICSI）周期；
2.具有FIR病因者；
3.吸烟、酗酒者；
4.体质量指数（body mass index, BMI）≥ 28 kg/m2或 < 18 kg/m2；
5.环孢素过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Donor oocyte cycles; ICSI cycle after freeze-thawed oocyte;
2. Patients with the reasons of RIF;
3. patients with the habit of smoking or drinking alcohol;
4. BMI>= 30 kg/m2, < 18 kg/m2;
5. Patients with cyclosporin A contraindications;
