研究目的：

本研究将探讨EG95和其它潜在保护性免疫原在人体诱导免疫保护的可能性。我们将利用常规ELISA法对包虫病患者的血清进行筛查，检测患者血清中是否有EG95或类似保护性抗原的抗体，了解针对泡型或囊型虫的抗体无交叉反应，组织学评价分析抗体产生与疾病的发生和发展的相关性，利用流式细胞分型等技术测定供体的HLA表型，预测潜在的试验性疫苗对人群的覆盖范围，为疫苗的临床前期研究提供血清学基础，为下一步的研发提供方向和决策性的指导。  

Objectives of Study：

This study will explore the possibility of EG95 and other potentially protective immunogens to induce immune protection in humans. We will screen the sera of patients with echinococcosis by conventional ELISA to detect whether there are antibodies to EG95 or similar protective antigens in the patients sera, to understand that antibodies against alveolar or cystic worms have no cross-reactivity, and histological evaluation and analysis The relationship between antibody production and the occurrence and development of diseases, using flow cytometry and other techniques to determine the HLA phenotype of the donor, predict the coverage of potential experimental vaccines to the population, and provide a serological basis for the preclinical research of the vaccine , To provide direction and decision-making guidance for the next step of research and development.

Inclusion criteria

Patients with alveolar and cystic echinococcosis, non-patients in the epidemic area, and normal people in the non-endemic area (matched by age and sex).
