研究目的：

探究对于肿瘤直径5-10cm的HCC患者，腹腔镜肝切除术与传统肝切除术相比是否具有更高的临床价值，为大肝癌患者（HCC，5-10cm）手术方式的选择提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To calculate the perioperative and oncological outcomes of laparoscopic liver resection for large hepatocellular carcinoma (5-10cm) compared with open liver resection.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、择期行肝切除的患者；
2、签署知情同意书；
3、术前影像学检查：肝脏增强CT或增强MR，或超声造影，或普美显提示HCC患者，并且肿瘤直径5-10cm；
4、Child-pugh A；
5、肿瘤未侵犯一级或二级Glisson脉管系统，或肝静脉主干，或下腔静脉主干；
6、性别不限，年龄为18-75岁。

Inclusion criteria

1. Elective liver resection;
2. Agree to sign the informed consents;
3. Presentation of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC, 5-10cm) with contrast-enhanced ultrasound, CT, or/and MRI;
4. Child-pugh A;
5. Without the presentation of extrahepatic metastasis, or tumor thrombus in portal vein or other major vascular;
6. Male or female patients aged 18 to 75years.

排除标准：

1、肝切除同时附加有胆囊切除以外的手术者（比如附加射频、附加脾脏切除、附加其他器官切除者）；
2、肝切除后需要行管道重建者；
3、复发肝癌及既往有肝脏手术病史者；
4、既往有大的腹部手术病史者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Liver resection combined with other abdominal organ resection except for gallbladder (such as radiofrequency ablation, splenectomy, and pancreatectomy so on);
2. Reconstruction of bile duct, portal vein or other major vascular were performed in liver resection procedure;
3. Repeated liver resection;
4. Histories of major upper abdominal surgery.
