研究目的：

主要目的： 1.SVEP1与患者血管钙化及斑块易损性之间的关系； 2.明确SVEP1与其他相关变量的相关性； 3.探讨SVEP1是否可独立预测患者血管钙化及斑块易损性以及会受到哪些因素的干扰； 4.探讨SVEP1对患者血管钙化及斑块易损性的诊断价值，以及联合其他相关变量是否可提高其诊断价值。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: 1. The relationship between SVEP1 and vascular calcification and plaque vulnerability in patients; 2. To clarify the correlation between SVEP1 and other related variables; 3. To explore whether SVEP1 can independently predict vascular calcification and plaque vulnerability in patients and what factors will interfere with it; 4. To explore the diagnostic value of SVEP1 in patients with vascular calcification and plaque vulnerability, and whether combining with other related variables can improve its diagnostic value.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. ≥18岁；
2. 在我科住院患者；
3. 住院期间行冠状动脉CT血管成像或冠状动脉造影检查；
4. 知情同意并自愿参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. >= 18 years old;
2. Inpatients in our department;
3. Coronary artery CT angiography or coronary angiography was performed during hospitalization;
4.Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

排除标准：

1.合并严重心、肝、肾功能不全、脓毒症、恶性肿瘤、结缔组织病、血液病、皮肤病、真皮神经纤维瘤、先天性青光眼、感染性疾病及严重心脏瓣膜病患者；
2.入院前1月内有重大外伤或手术史；
3.孕妇；
4.正在服用雌激素治疗的患者；
5.既往冠状动脉球囊扩张或支架植入术、冠状动脉旋磨术及冠状动脉搭桥术史的患者；
6.住院期间临床资料重大缺失患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe cardiac, hepatic and renal insufficiency, sepsis, malignant tumor, connective tissue disease, hematopathy, dermatosis, dermal neurofibroma, congenital glaucoma, infectious disease and severe cardiac valvular disease.
2.A history of major trauma or surgery within 1 month before admission;
3. Pregnant women;
4. Patients who are taking estrogen therapy;
5. Patients with previous history of coronary artery balloon dilatation or stent implantation, coronary artery rotational grinding and coronary artery bypass grafting;
6. Patients with significant loss of clinical data during hospitalization.
