研究目的：

1.主要目的：血管再通治疗失败后血栓特征的持续变化； 2.次要目的： 描述血栓扩散的机制并分析血栓扩散的影响因素。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main purpose: persistent changes in thrombus characteristics after failure of vascular recanalization therapy; 2. Secondary objective: To describe the mechanism of thrombus spreading and analyze the influencing factors of thrombus spreading.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18 岁 ；
2.急性缺血性卒中，大血管闭塞患者（ICA 或 M1）；
3.血管造影术中，未接受 EVT 治疗或 EVT 失败，TICI 0-1（无再灌注） ；
4.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >=18 years old;
2. Acute ischemic stroke, patients with large vessel occlusion (ICA or M1);
3. During angiography, no EVT treatment or EVT failure, TICI 0-1 (no reperfusion);
4. Sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.患有恶性肿瘤患者；
2.听力障碍、视力障碍、配合程度差；
3.精神病或神经分裂症患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with malignant tumor;
2. Hearing impairment, visual impairment and poor coordination;
3. Patients with mental illness or schizophrenia.
