研究目的：

通过随机对照临床试验，对比LCI联合白光内镜与单纯白光内镜在NERD患者及健康患者之间MCE的发现率，以及不同经验水平的内镜医师在使用LCI联合白光及单纯白光内镜对观察者间及观察者内的差异。  

Objectives of Study：

Randomized controlled clinical trials were conducted to compare the MCE discovery rate of LCI combined with white light endoscopy and white light endoscopy alone in NERD patients and healthy patients, as well as the differences between observers and within observers of the use of LCI combined with white light endoscopy and white light endoscopy alone by endoscopists with different experience levels.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 受试者本人签署知情同意书；
2. 年龄18-75岁；
3. 准备行胃镜检查；
4. 有反流相关症状，胃镜检查后有进行质子泵抑制剂口服2周，反流症状改善50%以上者。

Inclusion criteria

1. The subject signs the informed consent;
2. Ages 18 to 75 years;
3. Prepare for gastroscopy;
4. Patients with reflux-related symptoms who received proton pump inhibitors orally for 2 weeks after gastroscopy, and their reflux symptoms improved by more than 50%.

排除标准：

1. 过去6个月诊断为糜烂性食管炎；
2. Barrett食管；
3. 食管或胃息肉、溃疡或癌；
4. 既往有消化道手术史；
5. 食管狭窄；
6. 长期服用影响食管蠕动的药物；
7. 存在可能干扰食管动力的全身性疾病；
8. 胃镜检查前4周内有使用PPI或H2RA。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Erosive esophagitis was diagnosed in the past 6 months;
2. Barrett's esophagus;
3. esophageal or gastric polyps, ulcers or cancers;
4. Previous gastrointestinal surgery;
5. Esophageal stenosis;
6. Long-term use of drugs that affect esophageal peristalsis;
7. Systemic diseases that may interfere with esophageal motility;
8. Use PPI or H2RA within 4 weeks prior to gastroscopy.
