研究目的：

本研究旨在通过高通量测序的方法检测HFpEF患者肠道菌群的构成，从而探究HFpEF患者肠道菌群的特征性改变。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to detect the composition of intestinal flora in HFpEF patients through high-throughput sequencing, and to explore the characteristic changes of intestinal flora in HFpEF patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

HFpEF组纳入标准：HFpEF组选取在苏州独墅湖医院就诊的HFpEF患者30例。具体标准包括：1）符合2018年制定的《中国心力衰竭诊断和治疗指南》中的HFpEF诊断标准；2）患者知情同意并且签署知情同意书。
对照组纳入标准：对照组为在苏州独墅湖医院进行健康体检的人员共30例。具体标准：（1）所有人既往无高血压、冠心病、心肌病、心包疾病、心脏瓣膜病等心血管疾病，同时按照心力衰竭的诊断标准排除各种原因引起的心衰。（2）知情同意并且签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria of the HFpEF group: 30 patients with HFpEF who were admitted to Suzhou Dushu Lake Hospital. The specific criteria include: 1) Compliance with the HFpEF diagnostic criteria in the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Failure in China" formulated in 2018; 2) patients informed consent and signed informed consent form.
Inclusion criteria of the control group: The control group consisted of 30 patients who underwent physical examinations in Suzhou Dushu Lake Hospital. Specific criteria: (1) All people have no previous cardiovascular diseases such as high blood pressure, coronary heart disease, cardiomyopathy, pericardial disease, and valvular heart disease. At the same time, according to the diagnostic criteria for heart failure, heart failure caused is excluded. (2) patients informed consent and signed informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）急性心力衰竭、急性心包炎、急性心肌炎、先天性心脏病患者；（2）在粪便取样日三月内口服或静脉使用抗生素的患者；（3）在粪便取样日一月内皮肤局部使用抗生素的患者；（4）在粪便取样日三月内摄入益生菌制剂的患者；（5）有肠道疾病（如肠息肉、炎症性肠病、肠易激综合征等）或有胃肠道手术史的患者；（6）合并其他已经明确可以改变肠道菌群的非心血管疾病（如恶性肿瘤）的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with acute heart failure, acute pericarditis, acute myocarditis, and congenital heart disease; (2) Patients who took antibiotics orally or intravenously within three months of the stool sampling date; (3) Patients using antibiotics in skin within one month of the stool sampling date ; (4) Patients who ingested probiotics within three months of the stool sampling day; (5) Patients with intestinal diseases (such as intestinal polyps, inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, etc.) or patients with a history of bowel surgery; (6) Patients with other non-cardiovascular diseases (such as malignant tumors) that have been known to change the intestinal flora.
