研究目的：

主要目的：探索围术期困难气道的风险因素，并依托人工智能技术建立新的困难气道预测模型，为围术期困难气道的预测及评估提供新的方法。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To explore the risk factors of difficult airways in the perioperative period and develop a new difficult airway prediction model based on artificial intelligence technology, which will provide a new method for the prediction and evaluation of difficult airways in the perioperative period.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.择期手术行全身麻醉患者；
2.年龄>18岁；
3.ASA分级I-III级；
4.性别不限；
5.自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients undergoing general anesthesia for elective surgery;
2. Age > 18 years old;
3. ASA classification I-III;
4. Gender is not limited;
5. Voluntarily sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.排除头颈部畸形、口腔颌面部畸形、门齿缺如、声门下狭窄、颌面部严重创伤、颈椎疾病等特殊患者；
2.中枢神经系统疾病和精神疾病患者；
3。交流障碍者（语言不通，严重视觉或听觉障碍）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Exclude special patients such as head and neck deformities, oral and maxillofacial deformities, missing incisors, subglottic stenosis, severe maxillofacial trauma, and cervical spine diseases;
2. Patients with central nervous system diseases and mental diseases;
3. Communication impairment (language barrier, severe visual or hearing impairment).
