研究目的：

1、探究血清DKK3浓度水平对老年2型糖尿病患者心血管疾病的预测价值及界值； 2、筛选可敏感预测老年2型糖尿病患者中心血管疾病的颈动脉超声指标集合； 3、基于临床指标、生化指标（包括生物标志物DKK3）及颈动脉超声指标集合构建相关预测模型，并在前瞻性队列中对上述模型进行验证。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Explore the predictive value and cut-off value of serum DKK3 concentration level for cardiovascular disease in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes; 2. Screen the carotid ultrasound index collection that can sensitively predict cardiovascular disease in elderly type 2 diabetic patients; 3. Construct relevant prediction models based on clinical indicators, biochemical indicators (including biomarkers DKK3) and carotid ultrasound indicators, and verify the above models in a prospective cohort.

纳入标准：

入选标准
① 年龄≥60岁；
② 既往明确诊断为2型糖尿病或正在服用糖尿病相关治疗药物（诊断或开始服药距离本次入组需≥1年）；
③ 签署知情同意书。

① Age ≥ 60 years old;
② It has been clearly diagnosed as type 2 diabetes or is taking diabetes-related treatment drugs (it takes ≥1 year from the time of diagnosis or starting to take the medicine);
③ Sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

排除标准
① 既往明确发生过心血管疾病或因心血管相关疾病急诊/住院治疗；
② 合并严重肝肾功能不全；
③ 合并恶性肿瘤；
④ 不能配合完成所有检查者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria
① Cardiovascular disease has clearly occurred in the past or emergency/hospital treatment due to cardiovascular-related diseases;
② Combined with severe liver and kidney dysfunction;
③ Malignant tumor;
④ Those who cannot cooperate to complete all inspections.
