研究目的：

主要目的： 1.证实生物电刺激可否促进泌尿男科手术患者手术后患者快速康复，减少术后短期和长期并发症的发生率，如证实有效，则可将其推广用于泌尿外科女性盆腹手术患者围手术期快速康复； 2.探索围手术期及术后家庭治疗的联合模式，防治泌尿外科女性盆腹手术患者手术后的并发症，可减少药物使用，使治疗更加无创、安全。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: 1. Confirm whether bioelectrical stimulation can promote the rapid recovery of patients with urological andrological surgery after surgery, and reduce the incidence of short-term and long-term complications after surgery. If it is proved to be effective, it can be promoted to perioperative surgery for female pelvic and abdominal surgery patients in urology surgery. rapid recovery; 2. Exploring the combined mode of perioperative and postoperative family therapy to prevent and treat postoperative complications of female pelvic and abdominal surgery patients in urology, which can reduce the use of drugs and make the treatment more non-invasive and safe.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.在全国收治的泌尿外科盆腹疾病需要手术治疗的患者；
2.年龄18-80岁；
3.签署知情同意书；
4.有效病例数据收集不少于3000例。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients in need of surgical treatment for pelvic diseases of urology department admitted nationwide;
2. Aged 18 to 80 years;
3. Signed the informed consent;
4. Valid case data should be collected from no less than 3000 cases.

排除标准：

1.合并重大内科疾病不能耐受手术者；
2.合并重大外科手术病史患者；
3.有严重瘢痕体质患者；
4.合并严重的糖尿病患者，未控制的高血压，以及合并其他严重影响术后快速康复疾病的患者；
5.治疗部位有破损、溃疡或感染的；
6.昏迷、急性感染期、妊娠期、经期、有子宫大出血者；
7.高热、心肝肾功能不全者；
8.心脏支架、心脏起搏器等医用刺激器、监护仪或其导联之上或附近；
9.有下肢深静脉血栓形成史者、恶性肿瘤或者及其他慢性疾病患者；
10.有电刺激治疗禁忌症；
11.颈前区、窦区、咽喉部肌肉、膈神经或迷走神经区域；
12.犹豫不决或者不配合的患者；
13.不能按要求随访的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with major medical diseases who cannot tolerate surgery;
2. Patients with a history of major surgical operations;
3. Patients with severe scar constitution;
4. Patients with severe diabetes, uncontrolled hypertension, and other diseases that seriously affect the rapid postoperative recovery;
5. The treatment site is damaged, ulcerated or infected;
6. Coma, acute infection, pregnancy, menstrual period, uterine massive bleeding;
7. Patients with high fever, heart, liver and renal insufficiency;
8. Upon or near medical stimulators and monitors such as cardiac stents and pacemakers or their leads;
9. Patients with a history of deep venous thrombosis of the lower limbs, malignant tumors or other chronic diseases;
10. Electrical stimulation for contraindications;
11. Anterior cervical region, sinus region, larynx muscles, phrenic nerve or vagus nerve region;
12. Patients who are hesitant or uncooperative;
13. Patients who cannot follow up as requested.
