研究目的：

通过单盲的随机对照研究，观察腹腔镜下袖状胃切除术加膈肌脚缝合塑形是否能 1）降低术后新发胃食管反流病的发生率 2）使患者有更高的生活质量 3）降低术后食管裂孔疝的发生率  

Objectives of Study：

To explore whether Sleeve Gastrectomy combined with hiatal suture could: 1)decrease the incidance de-novo GERD after Sleeve Gastrectomy 2)improve the patients' life quality 3)decrease the incidance of hiatal hernia after Sleeve Gastrectomy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）年龄介于18~65岁之间，男女不限
2）BMI≥32.5 kg/m2或27.5 kg/m2 3）自愿接受减重手术者
4）能理解并签署知情同意书者

Inclusion criteria

1)Patients' age is between 18~65. Men and women are not limited.
2)Patients' BMI is ≥32.5 kg/m2, 27.5 kg/m2 3)Patients agree to accept bariatric surgery.
4)Patients can understand and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1）术前检查发现食管裂孔疝
2）术前伴有胃食管反流病
3）有手术相关禁忌症
4）二次腹腔手术或有严重腹腔黏连者
5）有严重内科合并症
6）合并恶性肿瘤者或有腹腔脏器恶性肿瘤病史
7）合并精神及神经器质性疾病者
8）合并风湿免疫性疾病者
9）妊娠期女性
10）近3月参加其它临床试验者

Exclusion criteria：

1)Examinations suggest the patient has hiatal hernia.
2)The patient has been diagnosed GERD.
3)The patient has one or more surgical contraindications.
4)History of abdominal surgery or severe abdominal adhesion.
5)Combined with severe internal comorbidity.
6)Combined with malignant tumors or history of malignant tumors.
7)Combined with psychological or neuro diseases.
8)Combined with rheumatic diseases.
9)Pregnant woman.
10)Patients who participating in other clinical trials within 3 months.
