研究目的：

评估载博来霉素载药微球（CalliSpheres）行PAE治疗BPH的安全性及有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the safety and efficacy of PAE in the treatment of BPH with CalliSpheres.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄大于50岁；
（2）药物治疗超过6个月无效者；
（3）存在良性前列腺增生所致的中-重度下尿路阻塞症状：生 活质量评分(QoL) >3分、国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS) >18分、最大尿流率(Qmax) <12 mL/s；
（4）前列腺体积>50 mL；
（5）前列腺特异性抗原(PSA) >4 ng/mL或前列腺MRI提示恶性肿瘤者，需要行前列腺穿刺活检排除恶性病变；
（6）因合并基础疾病不适合或不愿意行外科治疗者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Over 50 years old;
(2) patients who failed drug treatment for more than 6 months;
(3) Moderate to severe lower urinary tract obstruction caused by BENIGN prostatic hyperplasia: quality of life score (QoL) >3, International Prostate symptom Score (IPSS) >18, maximum urinary flow rate (Qmax) <12 mL/s;
(4) Prostate volume >50 mL;
(5) Prostate specific antigen (PSA) >4 ng/mL or prostate MRI indicated malignant tumor, prostate needle biopsy should be performed to exclude malignant lesions;
(6) patients who are not suitable or unwilling to undergo surgical treatment due to their underlying diseases.

排除标准：

（1）前列腺恶性肿瘤；（2）对含碘对比剂过敏；（3）既往曾行PAE治疗者；（4）既往曾行外科切除前列腺；（5）合并严重尿路感染(活动期)；（6）神经源性膀胱或逼尿肌功能障碍；（7）尿道狭窄；（8）慢性肾功能衰竭；（9）严重凝血功能异常；（10）精神障碍不能配合者；（11）巨大膀胱结石(>5 cm)；（12）预期不能完成术后随访者；（13）体内有金属植入物(如：钢板等)不能行核磁扫描者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) prostate cancer;(2) allergic to iodine-containing contrast agents;(3) those who had previously received PAE therapy;(4) previous surgical resection of the prostate;(5) Severe urinary tract infection (active phase);(6) neurogenic bladder or detrusor dysfunction;(7) urethral stricture;(8) chronic renal failure;(9) Severe coagulation dysfunction;(10) The person with mental disorder cannot cooperate;(11) large bladder calculi (>5 cm);(12) Expected not to complete postoperative follow-up;(13) Those who have metal implants (such as steel plate, etc.) and cannot undergo mri scan.
