研究目的：

1) 肢端肥大症患者手术前后患者面容的改变程度； 2) 术后患者面容改善程度与正常人（匹配后）的差异； 3）肢端肥大症患者性别、BMI、病程长度、激素水平对面容改善的影响；  

Objectives of Study：

1) The degree of change in facial appearance of patients with acromegaly before and after surgery; 2) The difference between the degree of improvement in facial function of the postoperative patient and the normal person (after matching); 3) The effect of gender, BMI, duration of disease and hormone level on facial improvement in patients with acromegaly;

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）肢端肥大症的典型表现；
（2）GH和IGF-1水平符合内分泌诊断标准；
（3）对比增强MRI发现垂体腺瘤；
（4）成年患者（> 18岁），无性别限制；
（5）其他垂体相关激素均在正常范围内，包括催乳素，卵泡刺激素，促黄体激素，促肾上腺皮质激素，皮质醇和促甲状腺激素，以避免对面部结构的潜在影响

Inclusion criteria

(1) typical presentations of acromegaly;
(2) GH and IGF-1 levels in accordance with the endocrine diagnostic criteria;
(3) a finding of a pituitary adenoma on contrast-enhanced MRI;
(4) adult patients (>18 years) with no gender restriction;
(5) other pituitary related hormones, including prolactin, follicle-stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone, adrenocorticotropic hormone, cortisol, and thyroid stimulating hormone, within the normal range to avoid potential effects on the facial structures

排除标准：

（1）存在其他改变面容的疾病，如库欣、甲减、甲亢、外伤等
（2）存在不能配合照相的精神疾病、高级智能受损
（3）存在恶性肿瘤，处于短生存期

Exclusion criteria：

1. other diseases that change the face, such as Cushing, hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, trauma, etc.;
2. mental illness and high intelligence damage that cannot be combined with photography;
3. malignant tumor, in short survival.
