研究目的：

本临床试验旨在比较隧道PICC与普通PICC在置管患者中的临床效果。  

Objectives of Study：

to explore the clinical efficacy of tunnel PICC

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥18岁的患者
（2）遵医嘱，首次需要进行PICC置管的患者
（3）置管前无严重心血管疾病，如房颤、肺心病等P波异常患者，严重的心脏传导阻滞等
（4）未参加其他临床研究的患者；
（5）自愿地参加该项临床研究并签署知情同意书，配合临床随访的患者

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients over 18 years old

(2) According to the doctor's advice, patients who need PICC for the first time

(3) There were no serious cardiovascular diseases, such as atrial fibrillation, pulmonary heart disease and other P wave abnormalities, severe heart block, etc

(4) Patients who did not participate in other clinical studies;

(5) The patients who voluntarily participated in the clinical study and signed the informed consent to cooperate with the clinical follow-up

排除标准：

1. 已知对导管材质过敏；
2. 穿刺部位有感染、损伤、放射治疗史；
3. 穿刺部位有静脉血栓形成史或外科手术史；
4. 严重的出凝血功能异常；
5. 上腔静脉压迫综合征；
6. 乳腺癌根治术或腋下淋巴结清扫的术侧肢体；
7. 心脏起搏器和动静脉内瘘同侧肢体；
8. 本人或家属拒绝签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

1 Known allergy to catheter material;

2 The puncture site had a history of infection, injury and radiotherapy;

3 The puncture site had a history of venous thrombosis or surgery;

4 Severe abnormal bleeding and coagulation function;

5 Superior vena cava compression syndrome;

6 Radical operation or axillary lymph node dissection.

7 Ipsilateral limb of cardiac pacemaker and arteriovenous fistula;

8 patients or family refused to sign the informed consent form.
