研究目的：

1、对比经内镜逆行胰胆管造影术（ERCP）后，采用5Fr支架、8.5Fr支架及鼻胆管进行胆管引流对预防术后并发症的有效性。 2、评价5Fr支架进行胆管引流的临床应用价值。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Comparison of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) with 5FR stent, 8.5FR stent and nasobiliary duct Effectiveness of bile duct drainage in the prevention of postoperative complications. 2. To evaluate the clinical application value of 5FR stent for bile duct drainage.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）18-75岁，男女不限；
（2）在内镜治疗前经超声、CT或磁共振等影像学检查确诊为胆总管结石，
临床评估符合ERCP术适应症；
（3）经ERCP术后取净结石后需要进行胆管引流；
受试者自愿参加研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) 18-75 years old, male or female;
(2) The patients were diagnosed with choledocholithiasis by ultrasound, CT or magnetic resonance imaging examination before endoscopic treatment.
Clinical evaluation was consistent with the indications for ERCP;
(3) Biliary drainage is required after removal of calculi after ERCP;
Subjects volunteered to participate in the study and signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）胆道恶性梗阻；
（2）经ERCP术后结石未取净，计划需进行二次ERCP治疗或手术治疗；
（3）术中预计出现迟发性出血、感染等严重并发症；
（4）妊娠、试验期间准备怀孕或正在哺乳期的育龄期妇女；
（5）患有内科系统严重疾病及精神系统异常病史；
（6）研究者认为可能存在增加受试者危险性或干扰临床研究执行的任何情况。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Malignant biliary obstruction;
(2) The calculi were not removed after ERCP, and secondary ERCP or surgical treatment was planned;
(3) Delayed bleeding, infection and other serious complications were expected during the operation;
(4) Women of childbearing age who are preparing to become pregnant or are lactating during pregnancy or the trial period;
(5) Have a history of serious medical diseases and abnormal mental system;
(6) Any conditions that the investigator believes may increase the risk of the subject or interfere with the execution of the clinical study.
