研究中性粒细胞里的关键分子是否可以调控中性粒细胞Nets影响动脉血栓形成，并探讨其机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate whether the key molecule in neutrophils can regulate neutrophil extracellular traps (Nets) to influence arterial thrombosis and to explore the mechanism.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄 > 18 岁，经冠脉造影或冠脉CT检查后确诊为稳定或不稳定型心绞痛的患者，行冠脉PCI；
2.急性胸痛入院，心电图及心肌损伤标志物提示心梗，行急诊PCI；
3.同意采血者。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients > 18 years of age diagnosed with stable or unstable angina after coronary angiography or coronary CT were treated with PCI;
2.Acute chest pain was admitted, ecg and myocardial injury markers suggested myocardial infarction, and emergency PCI was performed;
3.Consent to blood collection.

排除标准：

1.伴有风湿性或免疫性疾病患者;
2.近期服用过激素或者免疫抑制治疗以及进行过重大手术患者;
3.合并恶性肿瘤者;
4.感染性疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with rheumatic or immune diseases;
2.Patients who have recently taken hormone or immunosuppressive therapy and who have undergone major surgery;
3.Patients with malignant tumors;
4.Patients with infectious diseases.
