研究目的：

1.主要目的：判断硬膜囊面积(DSCSA)是否影响产妇麻醉平面的重要因素； 2.次要目的：确定宫高及腰围与硬膜囊面积改变的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main purpose: to determine whether the dural sac area (DSCSA) is an important factor affecting the level of maternal anesthesia; 2. Secondary objective: to determine the correlation between palace height and waist circumference and changes in dural sac area.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.自愿接受腰麻的孕妇；
2.无凝血功能障碍的孕妇；
3.无腰椎畸形的孕妇；
4.穿刺部位无感染等。

Inclusion criteria

1. Pregnant women who voluntarily receive spinal anesthesia;
2. Pregnant women without coagulation dysfunction;
3. Pregnant women without lumbar deformity;
4. No infection at the puncture site.

排除标准：

严重的颅内高压的孕妇。

Exclusion criteria：

Severe intracranial hypertension in pregnant women.
