研究目的：

本项目拟通过潜变量增长混合模型（LGMM）纵向追踪孕产妇及配偶的心理韧性、人格特质与心理健康之间的动态变化，构建孕产妇的人格-韧性-心理健康模型（PRRM-M）、描绘孕产妇及配偶的孕期心理韧性发展轨迹、架构孕产妇及其配偶自我效能、心理韧性心理健康的主-客体互倚模型、开发孕产妇产后抑郁的预测模型，从而为开展孕产期保健服务的卫生专业人员和卫生机构提供更为科学、深入的可靠性证据。  

Objectives of Study：

This project intends to longitudinally track the dynamic changes between the mental toughness, personality traits and mental health of pregnant and lying-in women and their spouses through the Latent Variable Growth Mixed Model (LGMM), and construct the maternal personality-resilience-mental health model (PRRM-M), describe the developmental trajectories of maternal and spouse resilience during pregnancy, to construct maternal and spouse self-efficacy, to develop a subject-object interdependence model for resilience and mental health, and to develop a predictive model for maternal postpartum depression, providing more scientific and in-depth reliable evidence for health professionals and health institutions providing maternal care services.

纳入标准：

1.于2021年7-9月至产科门诊建档的孕妇及其配偶；
2.自愿参加本研究者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Pregnant women and their spouses who are registered in the obstetric clinic from July to September 2021;
2. Voluntarily participate in this researcher.

排除标准：

1.既往或目前有精神疾病者；
2.中途拒绝参与者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with past or current mental illness;
2. Reject participants midway.
