研究目的：

1.通过系统化、规范化研究热敏灸法治疗脑卒中后手部痉挛的临床疗效；证实热敏灸是一种安全、有效的改善脑卒中后手部痉挛，提高患者的手功能和生活自理能力的特色疗法。 2.为临床治疗脑卒中后手部痉挛提供了新的思路，同时也为临床提供有效的试验支撑和理论依据，以便推广。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Through systematic and standardized research on the clinical efficacy of heat-sensitive moxibustion in the treatment of hand spasm after stroke; it is confirmed that heat-sensitive moxibustion is a safe and effective way to improve hand spasm after stroke and improve the hand function and life of patients Characteristic therapy for self-care ability. (2) It provides new ideas for clinical treatment of post-stroke hand spasm, and at the same time provides effective experimental support and theoretical basis for clinical promotion.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）西医诊断标准参照2010年《中国脑血管病防治指南》中＂脑卒中＂的诊断标准，并均经过 CT 或 MRI 检查确诊为脑血管病；
（2）中医诊断标准参照1996年1月国家中医药管理局脑病急症协作组公布的《中风病诊断和疗效评定标准》。
①符合上述脑卒中中西医诊断标准，并经CT 或 MRI 确诊者；
②手功能障碍为脑卒中所致者；
③神志清楚、生命体征平稳者；
④年龄 35~70岁者；
⑤首次中风，且病程为≦6个月；
⑥对本研究具有良好的依从性者，且签署知情同意书。
（3）中风后手痉挛诊断标准参照《脑卒中康复治疗技术 ·脑血管病的康复评定》，临床表现为患手肌张力异常增高，肌协调功能异常，改良的Ashworth 痉挛评级﹥0级。

Inclusion criteria

(1) The diagnostic criteria of western medicine refer to the diagnostic criteria of "Stroke" in the 2010 "Guidelines for Prevention and Treatment of Cerebrovascular Diseases", and all are diagnosed as cerebrovascular disease through CT or MRI;
(2) The diagnostic criteria of TCM refer to the "Criteria for Diagnosis and Efficacy Evaluation of Stroke" published by the Encephalopathy Emergency Cooperation Group of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine in January 1996.
① Those who meet the above-mentioned diagnostic criteria of Chinese and Western medicine for stroke and are diagnosed by CT or MRI;
②Hand dysfunction caused by stroke;
③Those with clear consciousness and stable vital signs;
④Age 35~70 years old;
⑤The first stroke, and the course of the disease is ≦6 months;
⑥Persons who have good compliance with this research and signed an informed consent form.
(3) The diagnostic criteria for post-stroke hand spasm refer to "Stroke Rehabilitation Treatment Technology · Rehabilitation Evaluation of Cerebrovascular Diseases". The clinical manifestations are abnormally increased hand muscle tone, abnormal muscle coordination function, and modified Ashworth spasm rating ﹥0.

排除标准：

①合并有严重的心脑血管病、肝肾疾病等其他系统疾病者；
②合并其他手腕及手指关节疾病者；
③同时进行其他治疗且方法有效者；
④脑卒中急性期或病情多次反复发作者；
⑤精神病患者。
⑥对冷热等温度觉无法感知的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

①Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney diseases and other system diseases;
②Patients with other wrist and finger joint diseases;
③ Other treatments at the same time and the method is effective;
④Repeated to the author in the acute stage or the condition of stroke;
⑤Mentally ill patients.
⑥Patients who cannot perceive temperature such as cold and heat;
