研究目的：

（1）明确青少年眼表、睑板腺情况及泪液黏蛋白mRNA的表达量； （2）近视对青少年眼表、睑板腺情况及泪液黏蛋白mRNA的表达量的影响； （3）角膜塑形术对青少年眼表、睑板腺情况及泪液黏蛋白mRNA的表达量的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

（1）To determine the ocular surface, meibomian gland and the expression of tear mucin mRNA in adolescents; （2）The effects of myopia on the ocular surface, meibomian gland and the expression of mRNA in lariminal mucin in adolescents; （3）Orthokeratology on the expression of mRNA in lariminal mucin,the ocular surface,and meibomian gland of adolescents

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

近视患者入选标准：
(I)年龄8～18岁之间，性别和种族不限；
(2)近视力正常，远视力<1.0，远视力能用凹透镜矫正(矫正视力均≥1.0)；
(3)-0.5D≤屈光度≤-6.00D)，散光≤0.75DC。
正视组入选标准：
(1)年龄8～18岁之间，性别和种族不限；
(2)无屈光不正病史。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria for myopia patients:
(1)The age is between 8 and 18 years old, regardless of gender and race;
(2)The near vision was normal, the far vision was < 1.0, and the far vision could be corrected with concave lens (corrected vision ≥ 1.0);
(3)-0.5d ≤ diopter ≤ -6.00d), astigmatism ≤ 0.75dc
Inclusion criteria of emmetropia group:
(1)The age is between 8 and 18 years old, regardless of gender and race;
(2)No ametropia

排除标准：

(1)年龄>18岁；
(2)眼睑、皮肤炎症反应，如前部睑缘炎、特应性皮炎、脂溢性皮炎、酒糟鼻等；
(3)眼睑、结膜瘢痕性病变，如沙眼、类天疱疮、化学伤、热烧伤、放射损伤等；
(4)眼部用药史：影响泪液分泌及泪膜稳定性的药物，如人工泪液，皮质类固醇药物、非甾体类抗炎药等；
(5)既往眼科手术史、眼外伤、眼烧伤史；
(6)与眼表疾病相关的全身系统性疾病史，如类风湿性关节炎、痛风等风湿免疫科疾病史、甲状腺疾病、糖尿病史。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Age > 18 years;

(2) Eyelid and skin inflammatory reactions, such as anterior blepharitis, atopic dermatitis, seborrheic dermatitis, rosacea, etc;

(3) Cicatricial lesions of eyelid and conjunctiva, such as trachoma, pemphigoid, chemical injury, thermal burn, radiation injury, etc;

(4) Eye medication history: drugs that affect tear secretion and tear film stability, such as artificial tears, corticosteroids, non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, etc;

(5) History of previous ophthalmic surgery, eye trauma and eye burn;

(6) the history of systemic diseases related to ocular surface diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis, gout, rheumatic diseases, thyroid diseases and diabetes.
