研究目的：

本研究拟对SMILE术后患者按剩余角膜基质进行分组，对各组患者术后角膜后表面高度及角膜生物力学在各个时期的变化进行检测。从而对不同角膜剩余基质组间生物力学的变化进行评估，并探究角膜后表面高度与角膜生物力学间的关联性。以更好地评估SMILE术后的可预测性及稳定性，以期为临床SMILE个性化手术治疗方案作出指导。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, patients after SMILE were grouped according to the residual corneal stroma, and the changes of corneal posterior surface height and corneal biomechanics in each period were detected. The biomechanical changes of different corneal residual stroma groups were evaluated, and the correlation between corneal posterior surface height and corneal biomechanics was explored. In order to better evaluate the predictability and stability of SMILE after operation, in order to provide guidance for clinical personalized surgical treatment of SMILE.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

所有纳入本研究患者，均采用VisuMax飞秒激光系统(Carl Zeiss Meditec)行SMILE手术，激光频率为500kHz，脉冲能量为185-190nJ，角膜帽厚为100-120μm，所有手术均由同一位医师完成。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

All patients in this study underwent SMILE with VisuMax femtosecond laser system (Carl Zeiss Meditec). The laser frequency was 500 kHz, the pulse energy was 185-190nJ and the corneal cap thickness was 100-120 μm. All operations were performed by the same surgeon. 

纳入标准：

本研究拟对2017年起在中山大学眼科中心海南省眼科医院屈光专科行SMILE手术的患者作为研究对象。按术后角膜剩余基质厚度筛选.其中SMILE术后角膜剩余基质厚度[250-260)μm患者20例，[260-270)μm患者20例，[270-280)μm患者20例，[280, ∞)μm患者20例。共计80位患者，160只眼。在本次研究中所有受试者均要求全身状况健康，且符合屈光手术的纳入标准。

Inclusion criteria

This study is intended to be a study of patients who underwent SMILE surgery at the Department of Refractive Surgery, Hainan Eye Hospital, Sun Yat-sen University Eye Center from 2017. According to the residual corneal thickness of the postoperative cornea, 20 patients with corneal residual matrix thickness [250-260) μm, 20 patients with [260-270) μm, and 20 patients with [270-280) μm, 20 patients with [280, ∞)μm. A total of 80 patients, 160 eyes. All subjects in this study required general condition health and met the inclusion criteria for refractive surgery.

患有全身器质性疾病
