研究目的：

1、探索超声造影在肝细胞肝癌微血管侵犯的临床预测价值。 2、构建肝细胞肝癌术后复发及预后的预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the clinical predictive value of CEUS in microvascular invasion of hepatocellular carcinoma. 2. To construct a predictive model for postoperative recurrence and prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、因怀疑肝脏恶性肿瘤来我院诊治的患者；
2、行常规超声及超声造影检查；
3、年龄大于18岁，小于80岁；
4、检查和治疗获得患者的知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who came to our hospital for diagnosis and treatment due to suspected liver cancer;
2. Routine ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination;
3. Aged >18 years and <80 years;
4. Informed consent of patients was obtained for examination and treatment.

排除标准：

1、患者既往接受过如射频消融、介入栓塞化疗、手术、化疗等治疗；
2、孕妇、哺乳期妇女；
3、患者对鸡蛋、牛奶、海鲜、超声造影剂过敏，不能进行超声造影检查。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient has previously received treatments such as radiofrequency ablation, interventional chemoembolization, surgery, and chemotherapy;
2. Pregnant women and lactating women;
3. The patient is allergic to eggs, milk, seafood, and ultrasound contrast agents, and cannot perform ultrasound contrast examination.
