研究目的：

构建机械通气患者气管插管精准匹配模型，则为医护人员提供了准确客观的评估工具，使得医护人员可在患者气管插管之初即开始有目的、有侧重地选择气管插管，减少气管插管气道漏气或者气道粘膜损伤。  

Objectives of Study：

The construction of an accurate matching model of endotracheal intubation for patients with mechanical ventilation provides an accurate and objective evaluation tool for medical staff, so that medical staff can start to select endotracheal intubation purposefully and emphatically at the beginning of endotracheal intubation, so as to reduce airway leakage or airway mucosal damage.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

入选标准：①患者呼吸机辅助呼吸（经鼻∕口气管插管、气管切开套管）；②患者全麻未醒(术后4小时内)，没有自主呼吸；③患者生命体征平稳，四肢末梢暖，尿量≥2ml∕Kg∕h；④75岁≥患者年龄≥16 周岁;⑤90Kg≥患者体重≥55 Kg ；⑥ SPO2＝100%；⑦患者均是术后4小时内。⑧患者最近2年内有过胸部CT影像学检查。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ① ventilator assisted breathing (nasal / oral endotracheal intubation, tracheotomy cannula); ② The patient did not wake up under general anesthesia (within 4 hours after operation) and did not breathe autonomously; ③ The patient's vital signs were stable, the extremities were warm, and the urine volume was ≥ 2ml / kg / h; ④ 75 years old ≥ 16 years old; ⑤ 90kg ≥ patient weight ≥ 55kg; ⑥ SPO2＝100%； ⑦ All patients were within 4 hours after operation. ⑧ The patient had chest CT imaging in the last 2 years.

排除标准：

排除标准为：①有明显的胸廓先天畸形；②机械通气时，气道峰压≥45cmH2O；③改变呼吸机流速波形时，患者 SPO2不断下降，同时有心律和血 压的变化；④有气胸的患者；⑤ARDS 的患者；⑥COPD 的患者；⑦多器官功能 障碍的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

The exclusion criteria were: ① obvious congenital thoracic deformity; ② During mechanical ventilation, peak airway pressure ≥ 45cmh2o; ③ When changing the flow velocity waveform of ventilator, SpO2 decreased continuously, and there were changes in heart rhythm and blood pressure; ④ Patients with pneumothorax; ⑤ Patients with ARDS; ⑥ Patients with COPD; ⑦ Patients with multiple organ dysfunction.
