主要目的:635纳米低频红光疗法对少年儿童近视治疗和控制作用的研究。  

Objectives of Study:

Main purpose: Effect of 635 nm low frequency red light therapy on the treatment and control of myopia in children and adolescents.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.4-18岁少年儿童,散瞳验光后确诊为近视;
2.从未做过其它任何防近视措施者;
3.观察对象都配戴框架镜。

Inclusion criteria

1. Children aged 4 to 18 years, diagnosed with myopia after mydilated optometry;
2. Those who have never done any other measures to prevent myopia;
3. The observation objects are equipped with frame glasses.

排除标准:

1.曾经或正在使用阿托品等药物或角膜塑形镜进行近视控制的儿童;
2.继发性近视,如曾患早产儿视网膜病变或其它婴幼儿时期眼部疾病导致继发性近视,或合并全身综合征的近视,如马凡综合征者;
3.曾行眼内手术或曾受过穿通性、严重化学伤、热烧伤等眼外伤者;
4.双眼屈光参差大于1.00D,或斜视、弱视;
5.屈光介质混浊者(如角膜病变、晶体混浊等);
6.眼底视网膜病变或者其他眼内疾病患者;
7.视神经受损或先天性视神经功能障碍患者;
8.病理性近视或多动症患者;
9.研究医生认为其他不适合纳入项目的原因。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Children who have used or are using atropine or orthokeratology for myopia control;
2. Secondary myopia, such as retinopathy of prematurity or other infant eye diseases resulting in secondary myopia, or myopia combined with systemic syndrome, such as Marfan syndrome;
3. People who have undergone intraocular surgery or have undergone eye trauma such as penetration, severe chemical injury, thermal burn, etc.;
4. Bilateral anisometropia greater than 1.00D, or strabismus, amblyopia;
5. Opacity of the refractive medium (such as keratopathy, crystal opacity, etc.);
6. Patients with fundus retinopathy or other intraocular diseases;
7. Patients with optic nerve damage or congenital optic nerve dysfunction;
8. Pathological myopia or hyperactivity disorder;
9. Other reasons that researchers think are not suitable for inclusion in the study.
