主要目的：构建头位难产的预测模型； 次要目的：构建标准化头位难产非药物防控流程。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purposes: To construct the prediction model of cephalic dystocia; Secondary description: Establish standardized non-drug prevention and control procedures for cephalic dystocia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

年龄20-40岁；
足月妊娠、单胎、头位；
B超诊断为枕后位/枕横位；
身高150-170cm；
估计胎儿体重2500-4000g；
有一定的文字表达理解能力；
知情同意参加本研究

Inclusion criteria

Age 20-40 years old; full-term pregnancy, single tire, head position; B-ultrasound is a pillow position / pillow horizontal position; height 150-170cm; estimated fetal weight 2500-4000g; there is a certain text expression to understand the ability; informed consent Participate in this study

排除标准：

头盆不称；
合并严重合并症；
四肢不能自主活动；
脊柱关节异常。

Exclusion criteria：

The head basin is not called; the consolidation of severe symptoms; the limbs cannot be active; the spine joint is abnormal
