研究目的:

1. 通过对入组的耐药肺炎克雷伯菌株的噬菌体分型与抗生素药敏结果、PFGE、MLST分型进行比较,并通过全基因组分析验证噬菌体分型相对其他分型方法的非劣效性; 2. 降低耐药肺炎克雷伯菌感染发生率和高级别抗生素(碳青霉烯类、头孢他啶阿维巴坦、替加环素、多粘菌素)使用量/率; 3. 探索肺炎克雷伯菌院内传播的规律,制定噬菌体监控和防控院内感染的工作流程; 4. 评估利用噬菌体提供常规技术服务(院内感染追踪、传播路径分析和环境雾化噬菌体防控院内感染)的可行性。  

Objectives of Study:

1. By comparing the phage typing of the enrolled drug-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae strains with antibiotic susceptibility results, PFGE and MLST typing, and through genome-wide analysis to verify the non-inferiority of phage typing compared to other typing methods; 2. Reduce the incidence of drug-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae infection and the usage/rate of high-grade antibiotics (carbapenem, ceftazidime, avibactam, tigecycline, polymyxin); 3. Explore the rules of nosocomial transmission of Klebsiella pneumoniae, and formulate workflows for phage monitoring and nosocomial infection prevention and control; 4. Evaluate the feasibility of using bacteriophages to provide routine technical services (nosocomial infection tracking, transmission path analysis, and environmental aerosolized bacteriophages to prevent and control nosocomial infections).

纳入标准:

1. 18-90岁受试者,所在病区内检出碳青霉烯类耐药肺炎克雷伯菌;
2. 能够筛选到至少一种以上能够裂解耐药菌的噬菌体;
3. 受试者或家属(或监护人)充分阅读、理解并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Subjects aged 18-90 years, where carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae was detected in the ward;
2. At least one or more phages capable of lysing drug-resistant bacteria can be screened;
3. The subjects or their family members (or guardians) fully read, understand and sign the informed consent.

排除标准:

1. 待噬菌体喷雾房间内有不接受喷雾的患者;
2. 待噬菌体喷雾房间内有对环境雾化不适患者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. There're patient who do not want to receive phage spraying in the room;
2. There're patient who is intolerance with environmental phage atomization in the room.
