研究目的：

主要目的： 1.了解精神科住院患者性行为的发生情况； 2.分析精神科住院患者性行为的特征，寻找其相关影响因素； 3.评估医生，护士对患者性行为的了解程度，判断是否存在差异。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: 1.To understand the occurrence of sexual behavior of inpatients in psychiatric department; 2.To analyze the characteristics of sexual behavior of psychiatric inpatients and to find out the related factors; 3.Evaluate doctors and nurses' understanding of patients' sexual behavior and determine whether there are differences.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.2021年8月至2022年1月在我院精神科住院的精神障碍患者；
2.获得家属的知情同意；
3.住院时间在一周以上。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients with mental disorders hospitalized in the psychiatric department of our hospital from August 2021 to January 2022;
2.Obtain the informed consent of the family members;
3.The hospital stay is more than a week.

排除标准：

1.因严重躯体疾病或精神障碍导致无法表达自身情感的患者；
2.家属或护工不能配合进行问卷评估的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who are unable to express their feelings due to severe physical illness or mental disorders;
2. The family members or caregivers could not cooperate with the patients who were assessed by the questionnaire.
