研究目的：

评估一组接受含TDF或含ADV抗病毒方案治疗2年以上的CHB患者，肾脏功能、骨代谢指标及骨密度异常的患病率及其严重程度以及对CHB患者追踪随访，更换或不更换原抗病毒方案，肾脏功能及骨代谢的变化情况。  

Objectives of Study：

The objective of this study was to assess the prevalence of renal function, bone metabolic markers and abnormal bone mineral density in a group of CHB patients treated with TDF-containing or ADV-containing antiviral regimens for more than 2 years The objective of this study was to assess the prevalence and severity of abnormalities in renal function, bone metabolism and bone mineral density in a cohort of CHB patients treated with TDF or ADV-containing antiviral regimens for more than 2 years, as well as changes in renal function and bone metabolism with or without changing the original antiviral regimen.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.2018年12月 -2019年5月期间于我院传染科门诊就诊确诊或者既往确诊的慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者；
2.服用含TDF或ADV抗病毒的患者；
3.用药时间为2年以上，采集人口学、生化指标和骨密度等相关实验室辅助检查结果。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with chronic hepatitis B who were diagnosed or previously diagnosed in the outpatient department of infectious diseases of our hospital from December 2018 to May 2019;
2. Patients taking antiviral containing TDF or ADV;
3. The medication time is more than 2 years, and the results of relevant laboratory tests such as demographics, biochemical indicators and bone mineral density are collected.

排除标准：

1.患有患有丙肝，酒精性肝病，自身免疫性等其它肝病的患者；
2.既往患有肾脏疾病、甲状旁腺疾病、骨肿瘤疾病及肝移植患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients suffering from hepatitis C, alcoholic liver disease, autoimmunity and other liver diseases;
2. Patients with renal disease, parathyroid disease, bone tumor disease and liver transplantation in the past.
